Overview of Vibrating Screen
SZG-Series Vibrating Washing Unit is composed of storage bin, vibrating screen and chute. It is suitable for placer gold ore with small mud content. It has the technological process of vibrating crushing and screening and separating raw ore.The unit has low concentrate rate, high recovery rate, simple structure, less energy consumption, stable vibration, reliable performance, simple operation and maintenance, easy installation and removal, simple process flow, equipped with loading equipment, shaking table, etc. It can be used for industrial production, and it is an ideal equipment for placer gold mining.
Beneficiation process of unit
The raw ore sand is discharged to the storage bin through transportation equipment, then enters the vibrating screen through the sieve plate. The product under the sieve goes directly into the second chute to get the coarse concentrate (usually cleaned once in 4-8 hours). The coarse concentrate enters the shaking bed or the concentrate bed. The concentrate is washed by gold pan, and then the natural gold is obtained by blown separation. The tailings are discharged into the goaf by the front loader or bulldozer.
