The main features of centrifuge are: first, wide range of use; second, strong applicability to materials; third, product specifications and deformation. Centrifuge is generally the process of follow-up processing equipment, directly related to the ultimate product quality.
Centrifuge is used in gold mine, mainly for gold sieve and sewage treatment. The most commonly used centrifuge is water jacket centrifuge (also called Nielsen centrifuge). The replacement of traditional mercury plate operations is an important gravity separation equipment suitable for the recovery of individual gold from placer gold, rock gold, vein gold and polymetallic ores, as well as for centrifuges for the separation of sand from chute and gold dredger washing. There are semi-automatic water jacket centrifuge and automatic Nielsen concentrator, centrifuge feed has the following requirements: 1, the cleaner the better pulp water. 2, pulp water concentration about 3 0% 3, ore size ≤ 6mm 4, recoil water pressure 0.1~0.3MPa 5, backwash water must be clean water. 6, feed must be uniform. After satisfying the above several conditions, the recovery of gold from centrifuge is up to 90%.
